The possibility of impossibility!

The Page One headline in the Sunday Plain Dealer told the reader,

                 Congress unlikely to do much in session. 

That quickly recalled a recent New Yorker cartoon that  depicted a valise -bearing couple walking past Capitol Hill.  She is saying:

Politics is the art of nothing is possible.
