Did LeBron James slam dunk GOP convention into Cleveland?

Lost in the thunderous celebration in Cleveland upon learning that the Republican National  convention is coming to the city in 2016, there have been unconfirmed reports that LeBron James sealed  the deal.  The NBA superstar from Akron was rumored to have finally relented by agreeing not to wear his Barack Obama T-shirt  when he gives the keynote speech to the gathered Republicans if they agreed to give his agent an extra 50  pct. commission for negotiating the deal.   As James once said when the president asked him to help promote the Affordable Care Act:   ''Cool".
