No, not a tie. The American public will lose no matter who is elected - any GOPer or Obama. The country needs leadership and none of the candidates show it.
I think it's safe to say appeasement of the lunatic fringe is Obama's core strategy.
He also appears to be very content to be in a scoreless tie at the half. He's working hard to win 2-0 hoping the Republicans fumble in the end zone again.

I guess you think Obama can recover. I'm not sure. He seems to punt on third down quite a bit; this makes me think he lacks a winning playbook. But if the GOP continues to toss "Hail Mary" passes and Obama finds a shifty corner, he may get his hands on the ball again.
